Heavyweight champion Tyson Fury has revealed he will fly straight to Qatar to support England after his fight on Saturday night.

The 34-year-old is set to return to the ring for the first time since April when he goes head-to-head with Derek Chisora at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Fury is confident of winning and he says he will be in Doha to watch England play in the quarter-finals if they beat Senegal.

He has also revealed he will defy Qatar’s strict alcohol ban and bring beer into the stadium in what will be a ‘lads’ holiday’, with wife Paris at home.

Speaking to The Sun, Fury said: ‘I’m looking forward to putting on a show. I’m feeling fantastic. I always win and so will England.’

On taking in alcohol he added: ‘I’ll put it up my top. Who’s going to stop me?

‘I’m not an alcoholic, I’m just a devil for the drink.

‘I’m going to sneak a few cases in my suitcase.

‘They can have anything they want — whatever gets them going.

‘Think of Euro 2016 when I went to Nice and bought 200 fans Jagerbombs.’

Fury also had a message for the England team, saying: ‘You’ve done all the hard work to get into this position so just go out there and enjoy the game.’

It will be the third fight between Fury and Chisora, with the former winning both of their first two bouts.

The Gypsy King weighed in just eight pounds heavier than Chisora – at 19 st 1lb – but the latter looked more trim than of late at 18 st 5lbs.

Chisora, who has not fought for a world championship title since coming up against Vitali Klitschko in 2012, said after the weigh in: ‘I’m buzzing I’m excited. Don’t miss it. It’s going to be electric.

‘We shook on it. We said we’ll go toe to toe, we’re going to have the best first round in boxing history.’
